I have reading something that says people must sleep 8 hour a day or they die O_O , how much you sleep?

since when we manage to get cable.. 4hrs a day at least... almost 3am is my sleep time biggrin

i don't know that.. hmmm.. i better ask my doctor about this
happy

According to research Mr. Blood man 18 yrs old above requires only 4 hrs sleep a day...... smile

Well jannah you are 16 must rest at least 6h. Lol no w8 jaypox, be all time at pc cant eat your eyes, buy a screen protector for full 24h cabal biggrin (i really dont recomend all time in pc)
