Other day i was opening Baguio cabal as normaly but when i selec server and player says server disconet and i try again and agian nothing then open task admistrator and see funtion of network was 0 then i say mmm open Chrome put a video some use network then try enter 
sucessful! so follow thsi steps: Open browser (can be any, i recomend Chrome and firefox)
Put something using network (¿what this use network how? simply each time you click something in browser you are useing network i recomend a video)
And try enter again
