its an simple problem of yours!! if ur class rank its lvlng up in 11 try to talk with henkoff the officer at bi!! and ull get one of that!!! or else if u have a char that are done leveling just get thier B1F for free!! talk to HENKOFF again at bloody ice!!! whahahaha!!!! newrus
